2. Structural features of mechanical leaf spring fatigue testing machine :
(1) The main body adopts a "C-shaped" structure, the force is enclosed inside the body, and there is basically no basic requirement. The fuselage is a steel plate welded structure with high overall strength and a smooth and beautiful appearance.
(2) The main transmission system adopts two-stage reduction transmission: the first stage is belt transmission, and the passive pulley doubles as an inertia wheel, which has a higher speed to increase the inertial energy storage and significantly reduce the power of the drive motor; the second stage It is a gear drive.
(3) In the first-stage transmission mechanism, a pneumatic clutch is installed to ensure that the motor starts under no load. Pneumatic clutch has the advantages of safety, reliability and long-distance operation.
(4) A worktable that can be lifted as a whole is designed to facilitate the clamping of the leaf spring assembly in a free state, and then apply pre-deformation through the lifting/lowering worktable. The maximum lifting height of the worktable is 200mm. For the leaf spring assembly with a small total height, the clamping position is adjusted by the screw. Auxiliary supports are added at both ends of the workbench, and safety nets are provided. It is equipped with 2 mobile trolleys with accessories for the trolley to be fixed in the working section.
